The concentration bin is made of steel plate, which is divided into the upper cylindrical body and the lower conical body, and the bottom of the tank is conical. There is a discharge hopper for discharging concentrated products in the center of the pool bottom, and an annular overflow tank is set around the upper part of the pool. There is a vertical shaft in Xinan in the concentration tank, and a cross rake frame is fixed at the end of the shaft, and a scraper is installed under the rake frame. The rake frame is 8 ~ 15 degrees from the horizontal plane. The vertical shaft is driven to rotate by the motor fixed on the truss through the cylindrical gear reducer, intermediate gear and worm gear reducer. When the vertical shaft rotates, the slurry flows into the receiving cylinder in the center of the tank along the feed chute on the truss and flows around. The solid particles in the slurry gradually settle to the bottom of the concentration tank and are scraped into the discharge hopper in the center of the tank by the scraper under the rake frame and discharged by the sand pump. The above clarified water layer flows out of the annular overflow tank at the upper part of the tank.
